The clear plastic box that the yoyo is in has been damaged. The yoyo and the rest of the box contents are absolutely perfect. The degree of damage to the box varies, but at it's worst it means the plastic box is broken/cracked/splintered/has a broken clasp/broken hinges. Hence the reduced price for these 'slight seconds'.
