Molded after the body of the original Freehand, the Zero is a wide, butterfly-shape yo-yo; allowing for forgiving play and better stability. The ball bearing axle has been refined for maximum spin time while the weight has been re-distributed for optimum play. Each FH Zero comes with three different counter weights. The standard die, a rubber ball and a sculpted character head.

The standard die is for regular freehand play and dice grinds. The rubber ball is for special bounce-style freehand tricks. Finally, the new collectible sculpted character head is for regular freehand play and snags, where the player catches the string on the counterweight and uses it to help form mounts.

Moulé d'après le corps du Freehand original, le Zero est un yoyo large, de forme butterfly, qui permet un jeu tolérant et une meilleure stabilité. L'axe du roulement à billes a été peaufiné pour plus de spin, alors que le poids a été redistribué pour un jeu optimal. Chaque FH Zero est livré avec avec trois contrepoids différents : le dé standard, une boule en caoutchouc et une tête de personnage sculptée.

Le dé standard sert au jeu freehand et aux "dice grinds". La boule en caoutchouc permet de faire des rebonds en freehand. Enfin, les nouvelles têtes de personnages sculptées permet de jouer en freehand, mais aussi de "snags", quand le joueur attrape le fil sur le contrepoids et s'en sert pour faire des "mounts"
