Shinwoo Phantom - black with red pogs. The Shinwoo Phantom yo-yo has been in production for many years now and has proved a very popular and well-made yo-yo with an adjustable response. As stock the Phantom plays responsively. The gap of the yoyo can be widened by reversing the spacers (supplied), making the yo-yo tug responsive. The o ring pads (supplied) have a rough side and a smooth side. By reversing these pads (which are just push-fit, not glued) you can further reduce the responsiveness. Finally, you can remove one of the pads to make it even less responsive, replace the pads or even silicon the deep recess to make it play how you prefer. This is a very nice affordable yo-yo ideal for anyone wanting to move from responsive to unresponsive yo-yo play.
